Cuplio doesn't use passwords for coffee lovers. Each time you log in, we email you a fresh 6-digit code, so there's nothing to reset.
- 1Open Cuplio and tap Log inOn your phone, in the app.
- 2Type the email you joined withThe one you used here or in the app.
- 3Enter the 6-digit codeFrom the email. It works for an hour.
Code not arriving?
- Look in Junk or Spam for an email from Cuplio called “Your Cuplio code”.
- Check the email address is spelled right, then tap Resend code when it unlocks.
- Use the newest code if you asked for more than one.
Can't get into that email any more? Contact support and we'll help move your cards to a new one.
